If you are a motivated individual with a passion for senior care, we want to meet you.  Brightcreek Memory Care located in Brookings, OR is seeking a passionate, energetic and strong customer-oriented Life Enrichment Coordinator.  The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all internal and external resident activities. This includes creating the monthly activity calendar, arranging outside entertainment, assessing resident preferences and guiding programs to meet their needs.  This position must initiate and maintain effective communication with Community team members on all appropriate matters. Required Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred in a related field. - Current and valid state driver’s license or current and/or valid CDL license as required. - Driving record must be in good standing, free of any moving violations and acceptable to insurance carrier. - Must be able to speak English proficiently. - Training available for qualified candidates. Our company is passionate about promoting team leadership and providing a nurturing and supportive environment to the seniors we serve.  We believe that our people are our greatest asset.  We work hard to build the best teams by supporting their personal growth, professional development and providing a culture of making a difference.  Seasons Living is seeking a strong customer-oriented and passionate Executive Director for Sea View Senior Living located in Brookings, OR  As the Executive Director of Sea View Senior Living, you will direct day-to-day operations appropriate for a first-class senior living Community that ensures the health, safety, and satisfaction of all residents, families and staff.  Responsibilities of an Executive Director:   The position includes overall management of the Community and accepting the final accountability for the following either directly or through designated staff: - Fiscal Management - Personnel Management - Resident Care-Services and Amenities - Occupancy Development, Public and Resident Relations - Plant and Community Maintenance Management - Regulatory Compliance Supervisory Responsibilities:   This position will directly supervise approximately 5-10 department managers in the following departments: Business Office, Sales, Health Services, Dining Services, Activities, Housekeeping, Maintenance and indirectly supervise all employees in the Community. - Support, supervise and lead all staff for occupancy development. - Support, supervise and lead all department managers in recruiting, hiring, training and retaining appropriate staffing levels to support the needs of the Community. - Participate with Community managers in conducting the new hire orientations. - Prepare and conduct monthly staff meetings. - Team growth and motivation. - Exercise professional judgment and carefully adhere to all written standards, personnel administration policies and procedures.  Competitive wages with great opportunities to grow. Required Experience and Qualifications: - A minimum of two (2) years prior experience in a senior management position in operating a Senior Living Community or related business. - Ability to obtain state specific Assisted Living Administrator Certification. - Knowledge of state specific Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations - Must have a sincere desire to take care of others - Must have the ability to listen and be open to new ideas. - Must be capable of communicating concerns or issues in a respectful and courteous manner. Benefits and Pay: - A benefit package is offered to full time employees which includes medical, dental, vision and 401k. - Eligibility for insurance starts immediately. - Seasons Living offers an additional telemedicine benefit to all employees free of charge. - Earned wage access prior to paydays (restrictions do apply). - The salary range for this position starts at $90,000/year with the potential for more based-on conduct, experience, and skillset.
