We are looking for a Memory Care Program Manager to join our team.
The Memory Care Program Manager ensures the quality care of all residents. This position works closely with all the department heads in order to provide a continued quality of care to the residents. The position requires an understanding and a commitment to the principals and values of the Community, including experience related to the progression of dementia. The Memory Care Program Manager must be able to be flexible and creative, but also have good time management skills and the ability to lead by setting a good example. This position also requires a person who can provide training and follow up to ensure the continuity and quality of care continues.
