We are looking for a Maintenance Director to join our team.

About

The Maintenance Director is responsible for and oversees all maintenance, repair, safety compliance, and upkeep activities for the Community. This position is also responsible for the proper operation of all equipment, mechanical systems, and grounds systems. This position requires good organizational and prioritizing skills to ensure that all interior and exterior maintenance represents the quality image the Community is portraying.

Required Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent or minimum education required per state.
  • Preferably one or more years of technical training school.
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience as a maintenance supervisor in multi-residence or similar setting preferred
  • Must have the basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment generally used in the community
  • Must be able to speak English proficiently.
  • Training available for qualified candidates.
  • All candidates must be able to pass a fingerprint/criminal background check and a comprehensive reference check.
